Colaborare bună! Promptitudine
Impression about the travel agent (Madalina): am primit constant e-mailuri despre situația rezervării noastre si ni s-a reamintit cand avem termenul limită de plată sa nu existe apoi situații neplăcute in cazul in care am fi uitat sa achitam. Cu 2 zile inainte de inceperea sejurului am primit din nou e-mail cu diferite informații ajutătoare
